Ego Ron took the charge today, did a 5 miler at a 7:53 pace, Way to fast for a tempo run for me, should have been about 8:20 pace.
Just could not resist , it's been so long running with no pain, I had to let her rip. And it was a good run. Of course doing this could lead to injury. I know, I know common sense Ron. But it felt so good!
