This blog is new to me, not sure why I'm doing it. I guess it's because every runner on the planet has one so here's mine. I'm not much of a writer, philosopher, or word smith(is that one word or two). My grammar is bad, and my spelling worse but I'll give it a go. It is a good way to have a record of what you are doing at different times in your life.
We all go through life at a somewhat boring pace it seems, but when you can go back and read about it you find a little comfort in knowing you actually did something.

Flat Tire Day
Could not get munch training done today, calf still bad. Did 30 min. of weight training then went out for a bike ride. Got about a half mile out and had a flat walked back home, fixed the flat then went out again. Got about a mile out and had another flat. Walked back home.
I guess It's not all bad, I did get in a mile and a half walk.

5 Weeks till Disney
Well, I have about 5 weeks to go and I'm injured going to P.T today (right calf) I hope all this training has not gone to waste.
